What a good interview. ("Laramie Project" stands out in my mind as well as a truly memorable visit to the theater) I have been a fan of this young actor's ever since I saw him in the hilarious FringeNYC play "Browntown" at the Lucille Lortel a few yrs ago. He is always a standout in every production I have had the pleasure of seeing him in (especially "Port Authority Throwdown" last year). My wife and I just bought our tickets to "Queens Bolevard".

Very interesting interview. And I also saw a preview showing of QUEENS BLVD last week and had a fantastic time. And as the above posting mentioned, Debargo Sanyl makes a big impression with his delightful comic timing and range of dialects--a very funny young man in a very funny, and touching, whirlwind of a play. I also quite enjoyed Signature's previous production of IPHIGENIA 2.0. These are the first two Charles Mee plays I have ever seen, and I rather like his imaginative and unique approach to playwriting.

I saw a preview performance of "Queens Blvd" on Friday night, and loved it. It was jam-packed with both humor and heart. Debargo Sanyal was downright hilarious. I previously saw him in the play "Commedia Dell Smartass" two years ago, in which he also shined. It's great to see such a talented guy doing so well.

I came across the New York Times review that raved about Debargo Sanyel's performance in 'Women of Trachis' earlier this year, and when I went to see the show for myself, I saw that he was, indeed, terrific. I will now certainly try to catch this new 'Queens Blvd' production.
