Daniel Kelley hosts a roundtable with three of these companies.
Daniel opens the program by introducing Anne Ricci of Opera on Tap, Matt Gray of American Opera Projects, and Brett Wynkoop of Brooklyn Repertory Opera. Each proceeds to talk about the origin of their companies, how they differ, how they maintain and grow audiences, and their aims and goals.
These folks are extremely dedicated and knowledgeable and, as the conversation continues, make an extremely good case for attending their various productions. Daniel ties it all up by asking each to tell us a bit about their upcoming season. And it certainly sounds varied and worth checking out.
